This interactive workshop goes deeper, helping participants discover their individual Workplace Appreciation Language using the certified Appreciation at Work model (required assessment add-on: $15 basic / $30 expanded). Participants explore what authentic appreciation looks like in action and how to express it in ways that resonate with their team members. Through reflective exercises and real-world scenarios, they learn to recognize and motivate colleagues more effectively, build trust across functions, and strengthen communication even under pressure.
