A pivotal moment in Eric's life occurred in the seventh grade at El Colegio Javier when the introduction of the school's first computer lab sparked his vision of technology as a catalyst for positive change. This vision guided him through his impactful role as the Education Regional Director at Intel, where he influenced lives across the globe, from Arizona to Swaziland, and back to his roots in Ecuador.
Throughout his career, which spans engineering to human resources, Eric's focus has remained consistent – harnessing technology to enhance human experiences. His work with organizations such as Aguila Youth, SHPE, Prospanica, and INROADS has reinforced his commitment to this cause. Recognized as a member of Arizona's prestigious 40 Under 40 and as a Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever, his path reflects resilience, innovation, and a relentless drive to make a difference.
