Victoria Carrington Chávez is a celebrated authentic storyteller, visual arts expert, and multicultural educator, often referred to as "pure magic" in her industry as a content creator and brand strategist. A Colorado native with Afro-Indigenous Latinx roots, Victoria is the visionary force behind Lilac & Aspen and La Mezcla Creative Co., a branding and marketing agency centered on creativity and community building through creative collaboration.
As an engaging and dynamic speaker, Victoria frequently addresses topics such as multiculturalism, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has garnered multiple rounds of applause and a standing ovation for her impactful TEDx talk on multiculturalism. Known for her great stage presence, mixed with confidence, humor, and educator skills, Victoria delivers memorable and empowering presentations.
Victoria’s collaborations span diverse enterprises, from CEOs of six-figure brands to grassroots nonprofits. Her graphic design prowess has led her to guest lecture at Northeastern University on Visual Storytelling and collaborate with notable figures such as award-winning children's book author Alyssa Reynoso-Morris and TikTok influencer Mama Nous. She has also shared her insights as a multicultural entrepreneur with The University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics.
Holding a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder, Victoria has been deeply involved in digital marketing and graphic design since 2010. This year, she is launching courses aimed at helping creative entrepreneurs excel in branding, social media storytelling, and Canva design basics.
Beyond her professional achievements, Victoria is a passionate advocate for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, aiming to illuminate the world with vibrancy and brilliance through her work.
