Ronnies is a creative problem solver with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who is particularly adept at speaking about Native American issues, challenges, and history. Passionate about telling my story and helping to create a safe place for participants to share and engage with their stories. Active member of the Cherokee and Quapaw tribes of Oklahoma and president of my companies Native Employee Resource Group. Member of the Tulsa Native American Day committee and passionate about Native American education and mentoring programs. I also serve on my companies Indigenous Peoples and Diversity and Inclusion Council.

TEDx Speaker who is proud of my values and core belief that with the right people, culture, strategy, and leadership, all things are possible. I firmly believe that my purpose in life is to teach, coach, mentor and empower others to achieve their goals and dreams.

I am also an experienced project manager, having completed projects on 5 different continents, which has given me a unique perspective on the challenges and cultural differences we face across the globe.  Adjunct professor at the University of Tulsa and podcaster.
