Domonique Worship

Domonique Worship is an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor who empowers ambitious leaders and high impact organizations to achieve their full potential. She offers a comprehensive suite of services, including one-on-one coaching for executives and rising leaders, interactive workshops and group training, and strategic consulting. With a nuanced understanding of what it takes for her clients to lead with purpose and impact, Domonique guides clients through pivotal changes leading to enhanced performance and deeper fulfillment in life and work. Drawing on her formal coaching training and experience as an executive and corporate lawyer, Domonique creates custom programs that are tailored based on each client’s unique goals and needs. 

Before transitioning to coaching and working with leaders from companies such as DoorDash, MasterClass and Hinge, Domonique was an integral changemaker for the National Basketball Association (NBA) where she served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion. Her prior background includes roles as Senior Associate Counsel at the NBA and Associate at Wall Street law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Domonique's relentless pursuit of meaningful solutions is ingrained–she earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida. She is an ICF-certified coach and earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Co-Active Training Institute in 2019.
