As a Mexican-American artist and former educator, Patrick brings a rare blend of authenticity, cultural capital, and dynamic stage presence that leaves audiences energized and equipped with practical tools for engagement, connection and belonging, effective goal-setting, and leading with a growth mindset.
Patrick has hosted and co-hosted national street dance events with Red Bull Energy Drink and is the founder of Baila and Beats — a community-based event that celebrates the diverse rhythms of Texas communities through dance exhibitions, discussion panels, and lived-experience storytelling by BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. His innovative work has earned him national recognition, including being named “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Texas Small Business Administration and he was honored as the “Bill Gove Award” recipient by the National Speakers Association.
Apart from keynote speaking and workshops, Patrick was selected to emcee the largest conference in the country for Hispanics in STEM (e.g. Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers) and emcee'd events for over 10 years with The American Lung Association.
He currently coaches aspiring speakers and is a mentor for marginalized and underrepresented artists through an Austin-based initiative called The Emerging Teaching Artist program. In 2025 Patrick signed on to co-host the Life and In-between Podcast; a podcast dedicated to navigating the in-between moments of change, growth, and challenges that define professional and personal experiences among BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Off the stage, Patrick enjoys riding his bike, exploring foodie spots and sweating it up at daytime dance parties with his wife and little one, a reminder that we all have our unique style in the rhythm of life.
Whether he’s addressing Fortune 500 teams, educators, or non-profit leaders, Patrick’s message is simple yet powerful:
There’s room for everyone on the dance floor of life and the spotlight is ready for everyone to shine.
