His diverse roles as a leader, speaker, coach, husband, father, and grandfather fuel his commitment to creating meaningful impact for the whole person.
With 20 years of Air Force service across nine assignments in seven states and the Middle East, Mark drove cultural and leadership transformation within the military medical community. After retiring, he brought his operational excellence to Studer Group and now Leadership10, empowering organizations to achieve results through values-driven leadership. Specializing in leadership, employee engagement, strategic planning, cultural and change leadership, and bridging generational gaps, Mark has coached and inspired over 320 organizations across 43 states and five countries.
