Saul Flores is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, visual storyteller, and social entrepreneur best known for The Walk of the Immigrants, a 5,328 mile journey across Latin America that took him through ten countries and nine border crossings. Along the way, Saul photographed and documented the lives of immigrant families and communities, an experience that transformed his understanding of migration, resilience, belonging, and the choices people make in the face of uncertainty.
That journey became the foundation of Saul’s work as a speaker. Today, he brings those stories into companies, universities, conferences, and employee resource groups across the country, using original storytelling and firsthand experiences to help audiences think more deeply about leadership, empathy, identity, and human connection.
His work has been featured on National Public Radio, PRI’s The World, MSNBC, and PBS. Saul has also delivered keynote programs for organizations including Duolingo, Bath & Body Works, and Victoria’s Secret.
Saul is also the founder of MAMA Sugar, a socially conscious sugar company rooted in his family’s connection to the sugarcane fields of Puebla, Mexico. The company brings together farmworker advocacy, social impact, and sustainable agriculture while investing in the families and communities behind the industry.
