Gina Moreno is an engineer turned entrepreneur, a TEDx speaker, and the founder of Empowermente, where she coaches high-achieving women to build and own their platforms.
Gina spent six years in engineering, in big tech and aerospace. As one of the two percent of Latinas in tech, she started telling her own story as a first-generation Mexican American. That is what opened the doors: an audience of more than 100,000 across platforms, partnerships with brands like MTV, features by Business Insider, and keynotes across the country.
What she teaches is what she built for herself first. She teaches visibility as a leadership strategy rather than self-promotion: how to lead with the story that shaped how you work, how to understand and name your own impact, and how to build a brand presence that holds up when you are not in the room.
Gina has delivered keynotes, workshops, and panels for organizations including Atlassian, Harvard, Arizona State University, and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and has been featured by NBC and Univision.
