Soniya Sheth
Business Transformation & Strategy Keynote Speaker, Fortune 500 Executive & Former P&L Leader
Fields of expertise:
Soniya Sheth is a seasoned business executive, transformation leader, and advisor with more than 26 years of experience inside Fortune 500 organizations, including L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble. Rather than advising transformation from the sidelines, Soniya has spent her career leading it from within building businesses, managing complex organizations, and turning ambitious strategies into measurable results.
Throughout her career, Soniya has operated at the intersection of business leadership, growth, and enterprise transformation. She has held full P&L responsibility for businesses of up to $500 million across major consumer brands, leading teams, managing complex portfolios, and making the high-stakes decisions required to drive sustainable growth. She later moved into enterprise-wide transformation leadership, working directly with CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives to translate strategic priorities into meaningful organizational and business outcomes.
Her experience has given her a firsthand understanding of one of the greatest challenges organizations face: closing the gap between a compelling strategy and the ability to execute it. Soniya believes transformation succeeds when strategy, leadership, operating models, capabilities, and culture move together and when leaders can translate big ideas into clear decisions, behaviors, and actions that take hold across an organization.
Today, Soniya brings that business operator’s perspective to organizations beyond L’Oréal as an advisory partner and speaker. She works with companies navigating significant transformation, growth, and organizational change, offering more than theoretical frameworks. Her perspective comes from having been accountable for the numbers, led through complexity, made difficult trade-offs, and experienced firsthand what it takes to move transformation from the executive agenda into the everyday reality of a business.
After decades of helping global organizations realize the value of their biggest bets, Soniya now helps a broader range of leaders navigate the critical space between strategy and execution building organizations that are not only prepared for transformation, but capable of delivering it.
