Self-Care is NOT selfish



Training overview

The participants are encouraged through various writing prompts to explore some simple and effective ways to understand and manage their own self-care to maintain good wellbeing in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive space. 


This workshop will help the participants learn more about how to manage everyday stress, how to achieve more balance in their life and how to take care of themselves with more resilience and confidence. 
Space is allocated during the workshop for the participants to share what they have written if they feel comfortable to do so.

No writing experience necessary.
