No matter where we are in our leadership and career journeys, we experience adversity challenges that we have the power to overcome through the gift of choice. This perspective gives us our power back, and it’s through intentional efforts we can rise again and soar through challenges we face in our lives. 

In this encouraging session, Willow illustrates this truth through her own inspiring story, sharing inclusive and restorative techniques to help leaders explore holistic wellbeing through an Indigenous lens mind, body, spirit, and heart. Through this self-reflective journey, leaders will learn how to strengthen and build resilience in overcoming common leadership challenges and gaining a unique perspective on seeking balance and alignment across all areas of their lives.
