  1. Become aware of the difference between how you FEEL when you RESPOND from your balanced core, or you REACT from stress in ways that sabotage you and create more stress.

  2. And then go one level deeper to reveal the EMOTIONS driving you + what need you have that is not being met. This is where you gain the power to elevate of overwhelm and receive what you need
