Training overview

Based on my new book: Everything Is a Story: Reflections on how we use stories to harm or to heal, and how we can take an active role in participating in stories that heal.

Our lives are built on the stories we tell—about ourselves, about others, and about the world. These narratives shape our beliefs, influence our decisions, and define how we connect. In this keynote, inspired by Everything Is a Story, we explore the profound impact stories have on our personal and collective lives. We’ll examine how stories can either harm—perpetuating stereotypes, fear, and division—or heal, fostering understanding, empathy, and transformation.

Through thought-provoking reflections, personal anecdotes, and practical tools, participants will learn how to identify the narratives guiding their lives and how to take an active role in crafting stories that lead to growth, connection, and healing. This is an invitation to become both the author and the audience of stories that matter—stories that make us whole.
