Reframing allyship and Solidarity: How we shift to deepen our connections

Training overview

We know that healthy culture and workplaces have strong social cohesion. We've spent the past few years understanding the importance of showing up as our full selves and encouraging others to do the same. And yet, as the world has become increasingly divided, and as so many of our relationships have disintegrated, it's become more and more difficult to figure out how to show up as with allyship and solidarity.

Our current way of seeing ourselves and one another are built on western philosophy that served us well for centuries but are now outmoded. It's clear that our relationships are too thin to withstand difficulty. In this session, Dr. Simran Jeet Singh will draw on personal stories, daily practices, and even diverse cultural models to offer a different approach—one that is more intuitive, nourishing, and sustainable for deepening connections and building stronger, healthier cultures.
