Through this collaborative learning experience, participants will explore essential equity principles from The Wake Up, while building a sense of community rooted in shared values of equity, inclusion and justice.

• Unlearning white supremacy culture
• Understanding our "hidden stories"
• Mapping out our tradeoffs (individual and organizational)
• Interrupting bias and harm
• Practicing accountability and forgiveness
