Understanding Unconscious Bias (and Beyond!)

Training overview

Social science research has shown that despite our stated beliefs in equity and fairness, we all harbor unconscious bias. In this interactive workshop, we’ll learn how biases operate, negative effects of unconscious biases in our workplace, and what we can do to move from awareness to action in overcoming our biases through interpersonal and systemic changes. This workshop is recommended for people across all identities.
