She is a professional speaker, adjunct professor, DEI practitioner, and co-author of the globally-acclaimed book, Inclusalytics: How DEI Leaders Use Data to Drive their Work. She earned her PhD in organizational psychology, specializing in inclusive behaviors and workplace allyship.
