Executive Allyship Program
This DEI training program was specifically designed for c-suite decision-makers, built to elevate your business through DEI, opening minds, hearts, and muscles toward effective personal and professional growth.


This multi-stage program includes:
A. Pre- and post-program measurement to assess attitudes and intended behaviors, and
therefore, measure program impact
B. Self-reflection to spark the necessary mindset shifts that must occur to become a better
ally
C. Two (2), 60-90 minute, interactive Allyship Workshops. One to kickoff the program,
educate, and inspire participants to build and continue to nurture ally partnerships. The
other workshop will be to close out the program.

Content will include:
1. Fundamentals of allyship and inclusive leadership
2. Business case for DEI
3. How to have a reverse mentoring relationship
4. Actions allies can take to advance DEI at your organization
D. Reverse-mentoring guides to foster cross-identity ally partnerships

Deliverables:
Two (2) Executive Allyship Program training sessions, including supplementary materials to
increase learning and engagement (e.g., pre- and post-survey + reflection, reverse mentoring
guides).
