Miryam Valdrom is a transformational speaker, leadership coach, Navy veteran, and first-generation immigrant who has spent years studying one question: why do high-performing people keep hitting the same ceiling no matter how much they achieve.

The military gave her strategy. Growing up across cultures gave her the relational intelligence to build community, move people, and lead when the odds are not in your favor.
