Author, speaker and mental health leader, Dayna Altman shares the way she has found her voice by owning her mental health. Dayna talks about the ways in which she has found storytelling to connect her with others and in turn allowed her to build a community based organization: Bake it Till You Make it LLC that inspires others to own their truths. She discusses her journey with OCD, depression and an eating disorder as well.
