Leading through change involves navigating conflict, competing interests and priorities, gaining alignment and managing the tensions created by misalignment as well as a host of other challenging conversations. One important level to support leaders as their organization is in flux is to empower them to have hard conversations skillfully.
Based on research coming out of Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, including key works such as Roger Fisher, William Ury and Bruce Patton’s Getting to Yes and Sheila Heen and Douglas Stone’s Difficult Conversations, this session combines best in class development frameworks animated through highly experiential, reflective, and engaging learning experiences
