Tash Koster-Thomas is an award-winning Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, facilitator, and speaker who works with organisations across sectors to build cultures where equity and belonging are embedded practice.
Recognised as a D&I Leaders Inspirational Leader 2025 and recipient of the WCS Award for Corporate & Workplace Inclusion, Tash brings a distinctive combination of strategic focus, cultural intelligence and lived experience as a Black queer woman to every engagement. Her work spans inclusive leadership, cultural intelligence, microaggressions, allyship and end-to-end EDI strategy and is known for being direct, evidence-informed and impactful.
Tash has partnered with some of the world's most recognisable organisations, including Google, Disney+, Unilever, UNICEF, Virgin Media, HubSpot, Skyscanner, King's College London, the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, and Kew Royal Botanic Gardens, alongside law firms, universities and professional services organisations. Whether working with senior leadership teams or organisation-wide audiences, her approach centres on creating the conditions for honest dialogue, practical skill-building and lasting cultural change.
Originally trained as a Musical Theatre performer and with a background in journalism, Tash brings an energy and authenticity to her facilitation that makes even the most complex conversations feel accessible and actionable. She is the co-founder of Breaking the Distance, an LGBTQIA+ platform dedicated to positive queer representation, education and community.
Tash speaks on cultural intelligence, parental equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, EDI strategy and a range of topics spanning the full breadth of workplace inclusion, bringing fresh perspective and practical tools to every session she delivers.
