Queer Parenting, Race & Intersectionality: What Truly Inclusive Workplaces Must Understand

Training overview

The conversation about LGBTQ+ inclusion rarely goes deep enough. It often stops at visibility and allyship and almost never reaches the complex, layered realities of those who exist at the intersection of queerness, race, parenthood and identity. This keynote does exactly that. Drawing on her own lived experience as a Black queer woman and parent, Tash explores what it means to build a family, raise a child, and show up professionally when your life sits outside every assumed norm. This is not just a session about LGBTQ+ inclusion, it is a masterclass in intersectionality, belonging and what organisations must truly understand if they want every person to bring their whole self to work.
